If you want to cancel the order before you receive it, please contact us to inform us of your intentions. Just like returning a product, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return anything you bought from us. Once we receive the products, you will get a confirmation by email and your money will be payed back within 14 days in the same way you made the purchase. Please put the product with all of its accessories and manuals back into its original box (if possible) and contact us to receive the shipping address for our warehouse. You should send it back within 14 days of your return claim. However, if its because you changed your mind and no longer seem to like what you ordered, then we kindly ask you to bear the costs.
